Susun interviews Cheyenne Wright after 90 minutes of herbal health questions.
Cheyenne is an Astrologer and Soul Embodiment Midwife. She weaves the ancient wisdom of astrology with somatics to activate and guide her clients expanding into their Soul-led life. Her Soul Embodiment Experiences intertwine sacred body intelligence with the astrological blueprint and timeline, threaded together by ritual, to support actualization of Soul callings.
She developed her method through direct experience and ignites others to follow their Soul's voice through transformational sessions, writing, and walking her talk. Her own Soul Embodiment Journey was initiated through childhood experiences of poverty, a 3-year dark night of the Soul that sparked brutal yet beautiful spiritual awakenings, and living in Peru for over 3 years. These initiations were kindling for the actualization of living her dream as a traveling writer and philanthropic entrepreneur. From lived experience, and with fierce love, she guides those ready to expand into the next level of their Soul-led lives in co-creation with the celestial elders. From 1:1 session packages to retreats in the Sacred Valley of Peru, adventure awaits in Cheyenne's Soul Embodiment Experiences. She donates a portion of all revenue to directly support initiatives that support Andean women, children and families.

Susun interviews Lara Day after 90 minutes of herbal health questions.
Bio:Lara J. Day never envisioned writing a book or creating an oracle deck, but after falling in love with the profound and illuminating magic of the 13 Sacred Nights, she couldn't help but share the practice with others. It is now both an honor and a joy for Lara to offer this sacred practice to the world.
In addition to her work with the Sacred Nights, Lara is a dedicated Neurogenic Qigong teacher and practitioner. Her journey as a movement guide began in 1993 when she started teaching dance, primarily tap and jazz. A decade later, she began teaching yoga, and in 2008, she discovered the healing art of qigong, which instantly became, and continues to be, her primary practice.
In 2018, Lara completed the TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) certification. She has found the synergy between qigong and TRE to be nothing short of transformative. This combination enables both the physical and energetic bodies to reset, making way for profound healing. Lara is passionate about assisting others on their journey toward physical and energetic balance by helping them connect with themselves, Nature, and the Divine. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to share these life-changing practices and to view this magnificent and absurd life from the energetic perspective.

Susun interviews Dr. Loretta Breuning after 90 minutes of herbal health questions.
Bio:Dr. Loretta Breuning, Happy-Chemical Pioneer and founder of The Inner Mammal Institute, wrote the first book on the animal origins of our happy brain chemicals: serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphin. Her work has been translated into 16 different languages. In her latest book, she explains that unhappiness is not a disorder, but our brain's natural default state. Our happy chemicals are not designed to be on all the time, yet we're taught that happiness is "normal." This leaves a lot of people feeling like something is wrong with them. The disease model of mental health is so entrenched that we don't notice it the way a fish doesn't notice water. It's proclaimed as a service to the greater good, but it does more harm than good. So, why is this misleading view of our biology so popular? It's politics. Not the politics of government elections, but the politics of saying what's popular to win support.
